Thrust Thursday is a series of workshops designed to help women gain valuable knowledge and skills that can be applied to improve the status of their everyday life. The workshops challenge you, stretch you, equip you, inform you and even introduce you to some fun activities. We help individuals improve in areas of physical well-being, emotional health, and spiritual guidance through our life skills workshops. The workshops vary in topics and are enjoyable as well as enlightening. Classes are held on the first and third Thursdays. Check our website each month for topic of discussion and class schedule.
